Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
• Bar admission in California or another U.S. jurisdiction.
• 3–5 years of experience in complex insurance coverage matters.

Responsibilities

• Analyze rights and obligations under insurance policies; draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Review pleadings to evaluate coverage implications.
• Advise on coverage strategy and policy interpretation with clients and colleagues.
• Attend arbitrations, hearings, and mediations as needed.
• Manage matters, deadlines, and client communication proactively.
