Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Groundskeeper for multifamily properties in Phoenix. The role maintains grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas; performs make-ready tasks and basic landscaping while supporting preventive maintenance and safety standards.

You will collaborate with the maintenance team and communicate progress to residents and supervisors. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 months of related experience; basic MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete grounds work as directed by Maintenance Manager and/or Community Manager, including trash pickup and area cleaning.
• Thoroughly clean breezeways, mop floors, power wash, and wipe doors/handrails.
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming, pruning, watering, irrigation monitoring.
• Assist in make-ready units: remove trash from vacant apartments before turnover.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to uphold property quality and safety.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to residents and team members.
