Job summary

RPM Living in Nashville, TN is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain exterior grounds, leasing office, parking areas and building exteriors at multifamily communities. You will perform routine tasks with attention to safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform grounds work per Maintenance/Community Manager instructions (trash pickup, cleaning, power washing, debris removal).
• Clean breezeways, mop floors, remove cobwebs, and wipe doors/handrails.
• Perform basic landscaping tasks (trimming, watering, irrigation monitoring).
• Assist in make-ready units by removing trash from vacant apartments.
