Job summary

RPM Living seeks a Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas across multifamily properties. Responsibilities include cleaning breezeways, basic landscaping, and preparing vacants for new residents.

You will document activities, coordinate with the maintenance team, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met on site. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 1–3 months related experience, and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, exteriors, and leasing office areas per instructions.
• Clean breezeways, remove debris, power wash as needed.
• Perform basic landscaping: trimming, watering, irrigation checks.
• Prepare make-ready units by tidying vacants.
• Document maintenance activities and communicate status to residents and managers.
• Coordinate with vendors and other teams to ensure property upkeep.
