TSK Housing is seeking a reliable Groundskeeper / Property Porter to help keep our apartment community clean and well-maintained. The role emphasizes daily grounds walking, trash pickup, and reporting maintenance or safety issues.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property and grounds daily.
• Pick up trash, litter, and debris throughout the community.
• Keep parking lots, sidewalks, entrances, and common areas clean.
• Empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed.
• Identify and report maintenance, safety, or cleanliness issues.
• Help keep the property looking clean and presentable at all times.
• Assist with other basic property upkeep as needed.
• This is NOT a landscaping position. The primary responsibility is keeping the property clean and ensuring issues noticed while walking the grounds are reported promptly.
