Allied Residential in Washington state is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming common areas for residents and staff. Under supervision, you will care for grounds, parking areas, and facilities and may assist housekeeping and maintenance as needed.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with a Monday–Friday schedule 7am–4pm and competitive benefits including PTO, health coverage, and a 401(k).

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas (lobbies, restrooms, hallways, etc.).
• Sweep, scrub, wax floors; clean carpets and surfaces.
• Wash windows, walls, ceilings, woodwork.
• Empty trash and restock supplies; replace bathroom items as needed.
• Replace light bulbs and perform minor upkeep.
• Maintain exterior areas: mow lawns, trim shrubs, remove debris, snow removal.
• Assist in transporting small equipment between departments.
• Support housekeeping or maintenance to complete work orders.
