Allied Residential, Inc. is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the grounds, parking areas, and common facilities, with cross-training to support housekeeping and maintenance.

You will work under the Community Manager or Maintenance Supervisor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff. The role emphasizes health, safety, teamwork, and reliable attendance, with a structured weekday schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a collaborative

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Aufgaben

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
• Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors and clean carpets and surfaces.
• Wash windows and walls, and replace bathroom supplies as needed.
• Maintain exterior areas by mowing, trimming, and removing debris.
• Support housekeeping or maintenance staff to complete work orders.
• Participate in meetings and trainings to maintain knowledge and skills.
