Job summary

Allied Residential in Washington state is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to maintain the property's grounds, parking areas, and common facilities. You will perform outdoor maintenance, assist housekeeping, and support operations to ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

This Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. role offers competitive wages and benefits including PTO, paid holidays, health/dental coverage, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly.
• Basic math skills with fractions and decimals.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional and dependable team player.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and facilities.
• Mow lawns, trim shrubs, and perform basic exterior upkeep.
• Sweep, wash, and maintain floors; replace light bulbs as needed.
• Assist in housekeeping and maintenance tasks as needed.
• Support with trash removal and supply stocking.
• Attend regular meetings and trainings.
