Avenue5 Residential is seeking a dedicated porter to maintain grounds, common areas, and leasing spaces across assigned properties. You will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, curb appeal, and safety while providing outstanding service to current and prospective residents.

Responsibilities include daily site maintenance, assisting with market-ready units, and handling weather-related tasks. Strong communication and professional appearance are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English reading/writing and comprehension.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and present a professional appearance.
• Must meet safety requirements and complete training within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Maintain upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing office and tour path.
• Remove trash daily and keep property perimeter clean.
• Assist in preparing market-ready units and cleaning model homes.
• Pressure wash exteriors and sidewalks as needed.
• Respond to property emergencies like snow, fires, floods.
• Interact courteously with residents and protect confidentiality.
