Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the grounds, common areas, and amenities of our luxury apartment properties. The role supports the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs on assigned properties and facilities.

You will walk the property daily, remove litter, monitor pool levels, perform general labor tasks, and ensure grill safety by inspecting timers and knobs. On-site work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of general labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walks the property throughout the day and removes litter and debris from all areas.
• Removes trash and recyclables within the office and maintains trash areas on schedule.
• Checks and logs pool levels daily and vacuums pools weekly.
• Cleans and assists with upkeep of facilities by completing general labor tasks.
• Cleans and maintains grills and inspects timers and knobs for safety.
