Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the property grounds, common areas and amenities, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs.

You will walk the property daily to remove litter, debris and pet droppings, manage trash areas, monitor pool levels and vacuum pools weekly, and assist with cleaning and upkeep of facilities and grills to ensure safety.

Qualifications

• One or more years of general labor experience preferred.
• Multifamily experience is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills required.
• Effective verbal and written communication via all channels.

Responsibilities

• Walks the property and removes litter, debris and pet droppings from all areas.
• Removes trash and recyclables and maintains trash areas as scheduled.
• Checks and logs pool levels daily and vacuums pools weekly.
• Cleans and maintains facilities by performing general labor duties.
• Cleans and maintains grills and inspects timers/knobs for safety.
