Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain the property's grounds, common areas, and amenities. You will also assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with general maintenance and repairs for the property and facilities.

Responsibilities include daily grounds walks, litter removal, pool level checks, and routine cleaning tasks. Comfort with using hand tools and lifting up to 50 lbs is expected; scheduling may require 40+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• General labor experience is a plus.
• Multifamily property experience is a plus.
• CPO certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Walks the property daily, removes litter and debris from all areas.
• Removes trash and maintains office trash areas per schedule.
• Checks and logs pool levels daily; vacuums pools weekly.
• Cleans and assists with general upkeep of facilities and amenities.
• Cleans grills and inspects timers/knobs for safety.
