Job summary

Davis Development is seeking a Grounds Specialist to maintain property grounds, common areas and amenities, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager with repairs. The role involves daily site walks, litter removal, pool upkeep, and general facilities maintenance.

The candidate should have 1+ years of general labor experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to lift up to 50 lbs. CPO certification is a plus and job offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of general labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• CPO certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Walk the property daily and remove litter, debris and pet droppings.
• Remove trash and recyclables and maintain trash areas.
• Check and log pool levels daily and vacuum pools weekly.
• Assist with general upkeep and labor tasks in facilities.
• Inspect grills and ensure safety by checking timers and knobs.
