Job summary

CCI is seeking a Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming property environment in Rapid City, SD. You will support housekeeping, landscaping, and light maintenance tasks to keep interiors and exteriors well-kept for residents and visitors.

The role emphasizes physical stamina, reliability, and a willingness to take on diverse duties, including painting and basic repairs when needed. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow in property management with a resident-focused team.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
