Job summary

CCI is seeking a Porter in Rapid City to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the property. You will perform routine housekeeping, light maintenance, and assist with landscaping tasks as needed, contributing to resident satisfaction and operational excellence.

Candidates with basic painting or drywall repair experience, comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs, and computer literacy will thrive in our hands-on, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping, landscaping, and painting experience helpful.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Computer literacy is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean management offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms as needed.
• Empty all trash cans on a daily basis and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance team as needed, including painting and work orders.
