Job summary

CCI INC in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Porter to ensure a consistently clean facility, maintain grounds, perform maintenance tasks, and clean interior and exterior areas, including potential landscaping duties.

You will have the opportunity to grow in property management with hands-on experience and structured training, while contributing to a well-maintained living environment. Lifting up to 50 lbs and basic computer skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, buff, and vacuum all floors as needed.
• Clean offices, clubrooms, kitchens, common areas, and bathrooms.
• Empty trash daily and dispose of trash in designated areas.
• Pick up garbage around the property daily.
• Assist maintenance with painting and work orders.

About the Role:

As a Porter, your primary responsibility is to ensure a consistently clean facility. This entails maintaining the grounds, performing maintenance tasks, and cleaning the property's interior and exterior, including potential landscaping duties. While not required, having minor maintenance experience, such as painting and drywall repair, is considered a plus for this position.
