Job summary

K. Wah International Holdings Limited is seeking high-calibre professionals to join its team to support land development projects across Hong Kong and related regions.

The role focuses on feasibility analyses, market intelligence, and rigorous financial modelling to drive investment decisions. You'll collaborate with internal units and external consultants, prepare investment memos and reports, and communicate findings with clarity in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, construction, engineering, architecture, QS, business, or finance.
• 3–5 years in property development, construction, PM, or consultancy/QS/design.
• Experience in Hong Kong property development and local planning familiarity preferred.
• Proactive, detailed-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills; Excel proficiency.
• Understanding of property development lifecycle and project delivery.
• Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Familiarity with project management or design software is a plus.
• Enthusiastic about using AI tools to streamline workflow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial modelling, residual valuation, and feasibility analyses for land deals.
• Coordinate land administration matters, including lease modifications and statutory submissions.
• Perform market research and analyze transaction data for strategic insights using AI tools.
• Collaborate with internal units and external consultants to align project objectives.
• Prepare investment memos, valuation reports, and executive presentations.
