Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, HKICPA, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, or finance business partnering.
• Property, real estate, asset management, retail, infrastructure, or other commercial-sector experience is preferred.
• Practical experience or strong interest in applying AI tools to financial analysis, prompt engineering for research, and real estate modeling.
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset, capable of translating complex real estate data and AI insights into actionable investment decisions.
• In-depth understanding of Hong Kong real estate market dynamics, commercial leasing structures, asset management, and investment yield fundamentals.
• Expert-level proficiency in financial modeling, investment valuation, sensitivity analysis, Excel, and AI-assisted financial tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Lead financial evaluation, dynamic modeling, and project feasibility studies for new acquisitions, joint ventures, and asset enhancement initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools and advanced analytics to streamline financial modeling, scenario analysis, and predictive revenue forecasting.
• Partner closely with key internal business units and operational teams to optimize commercial terms, revenue models, and asset performance.
• Formulate budgets and dynamic forecasts while monitoring development costs and capital expenditure to guard project ROI.
• Prepare strategic management presentations, investment memos, and visual operational dashboards for senior leadership.
