Job summary

K. Wah International Holdings Limited seeks a leader to design and deploy smart property management systems for residential developments.

You will integrate AI-enabled solutions across IoT platforms, BMS, access control, and security, driving operational excellence in Hong Kong projects. The role requires deep knowledge of cross-regional property tech, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• Proven experience building smart property management systems (0-to-1).
• Experience with Mainland China and Hong Kong smart property systems and software.
• Proven AI in property operations for efficiency gains.
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Mandarin communication.
• Power BI or data viz tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development and deployment of smart property management systems for residential projects.
• Drive daily property operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Integrate hardware/software from Mainland China and Hong Kong into a unified AI-powered centre.
• Apply AI to optimise HVAC, predictive maintenance, and automation of work orders.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering and onsite management for seamless integration.
• Prepare regular performance dashboards and cost-optimisation strategies.
