• MBA or advanced technical master’s preferred; AI-related certifications are a plus.
• 10–14 years total relevant experience, minimum 5 years senior leadership / director level driving digital / AI business transformation in real estate development programmes, AEC or prop-tech.
• Proven track record launching production-ready AI use cases across real-estate value chain and hands-on experience managing cross-functional transformation projects.
• Executive-level stakeholder management to drive AI adoption and change management across traditional real estate departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group’s real estate AI and commercial innovation strategy.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue, asset value, productivity, service quality, risk management, and decision-making.
• Ensure innovation initiatives are connected to clear business outcomes, implementation plans, and return-on-investment targets.
• Lead structured reviews of business processes across development, investment, acquisitions, asset management, leasing, property management, finance, marketing, customer service, and corporate functions.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and automation use cases.
• Lead the assessment and development of new commercial ideas arising from data, technology, customer insight, and market trends.
• Track external developments in real estate, AI, smart buildings, digital twins, robotics, sustainability technology, and urban innovation.
• Encourage a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Partner with Legal, Information Security, Internal Audit, and relevant control functions to ensure appropriate safeguards.
• Develop training programmes, user guidance, standard operating procedures, communications, and adoption materials.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, investment papers, and recommendations for senior management and the Board.

10 – 14 years total relevant experience, minimum 5 years senior leadership / director level driving digital / AI business transformation in real estate development programmes, AEC (architecture-engineering-construction), prop-tech or large real-estate focused consulting firms.

Proven track record launching production-ready AI use cases across real-estate value chain and hands on experience in managing cross-functional transformation projects.

Executive-level stakeholder management to drive AI adoption and change management across traditional real estate departments.

Strong commercial acumen to translate technical capabilities into measurable KPIs for cost reduction, faster decision making, revenue lift, construction-risk mitigation, and/or operational-efficiency gain.

Solid comprehension of Gen-AI/LLM, RAG, predictive analytics, computer vision, vector databases, cloud AI platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) and MLOps fundamentals to evaluate vendor solutions and internal-build options.

Deep understanding of Hong Kong real estate development workflow: land-grant conditions, project planning, construction, pre-sales, property management, and local market dynamics.

Familiar with AEC industry tools: BIM / Revit integration with AI workflows is highly advantageous.

Knowledge of Hong Kong relevant compliance such as PDPO (Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance), AI-ethics, data governance, construction safety regulations, intellectual property for generative-AI outputs, etc.

Fluent professional English for board reports, vendor negotiations and documentation.

Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin for internal local team and Greater Bay Area partner engagement.
