Job summary

Ronald Lu & Partners is seeking an experienced Resident Architect to supervise and coordinate a major residential project in Pan Hoi Street, working with renowned developers Henderson Land and Swire Properties.

The candidate must be a Full member or Fellow of HKIA or a Registered Architect, with at least 8 years post-qualification experience, and proficient in English and Chinese commensurate with HKCEE/HKDSEE standards.

Job description

We are looking for the following experienced professional who is capable of carrying out supervision and co-ordination work for the renowned developers’ (Henderson Land and Swire Properties) residential project in Pan Hoi Street:-

Resident Architect (Ref. JD_14167RA)

The minimum qualifications required for the post of Resident Architect shall be as follows:

Full member of Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or a Registered Architect.

At least 8 years’ post-qualification experience as an Architect (in architecture).

Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) / Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent.

[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

Employment will be on a contract basis for a period of 24 months commencing immediately. The remuneration package will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualification and experience.
