Job summary

Avenue5 Residential seeks a credit services specialist to set up ancillary services accounts for new properties and coordinate closures when properties change hands or are no longer managed. You will train staff across property and corporate teams on ancillary programs and liaise with internal teams to resolve service issues.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience with Salesforce or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up key ancillary services accounts for new properties.
• Coordinate closure of supplier services when properties are sold or no longer managed by Avenue5.
• Facilitate training for property and corporate associates for all ancillary programs.
• Act as liaison for internal teams related to ancillary services integrations and issues.
• Assist with other programs within the credit services department.
• Complies with company standards and applicable laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
