Job summary

Avenue5 is seeking a Credit Services Specialist in Dallas to manage ancillary service accounts for new properties and coordinate timely delivery of services. You will train staff, liaise with internal teams, and help ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in property management and experience with Yardi Voyager and Salesforce, along with strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of Yardi Voyager or other equivalent systems preferred.
• 1–2 years of Salesforce or other equivalent systems preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up ancillary services accounts for new properties.
• Coordinate closure of supplier services when properties are sold or no longer managed.
• Facilitate training for associates on ancillary programs.
• Act as liaison for internal teams regarding ancillary services integrations and ongoing service issues.
• Assist with other programs within the credit services department.
• Complies with all company standards and health and safety rules and regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
