The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments, the ability to travel, and strong multi-project management skills. Certifications are beneficial but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel to regional job sites for field investigations.
• 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments.
• Experience managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Certifications such as RA/PE are beneficial but not required.
• Radon & AHERA certifications are beneficial but not required.
