Blew & Associates, P.A. is expanding its network of field professionals for Property Condition Assessments. This subcontractor role works with our full-time staff on projects across the United States in commercial real estate due diligence.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in property condition assessments, the ability to travel, and strong multi-project management skills. Certifications are beneficial but not required.

Job description

We are looking to build our network of field professionals who specialize in Property Condition Assessments. This will be a subcontractor role, where you will work alongside our full-time staff to conduct various projects across the United States. This is a fantastic opportunity in the commercial real estate due diligence industry.

Requirements

• Ability to travel to regional job sites to perform field site investigations.
• A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
• 2+ years of experience in conducting property condition assessments.
• Experience using Quire.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Professional certifications, such as Registered Architect(RA), or Professional Engineer(PE), are beneficial but not required.
• Radon & AHERA (Asbestos) certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
• Knowledge and experience with HUD scopes of work are beneficial but not required.
