Job summary

Blew & Associates, PA is expanding its network of Field Professionals to support Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Property Condition Assessments (PCA) across the United States. You will conduct onsite inspections and prepare professional reports in accordance with ASTM standards, working on a project-based basis with a reputable national firm.

This subcontractor role offers flexible hours, travel to job sites, and potential for future full-time employment as opportunities arise.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience conducting Phase I ESA and/or PCA assessments.
• Strong technical writing skills and ability to complete full reports independently.
• Ability to travel to job sites and perform field inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite property inspections (walk) and prepare professional reports (write) per ASTM and industry standards.
• Coordinate with project teams on site and ensure timely delivery of reports.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to quality control procedures.
