Candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of experience in construction management or related fields. The position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $120,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years relevant experience in construction management or due diligence services.
• 5+ years experience conducting property inspections and writing associated assessments.
• 1 to 2 years performing quality or peer reviews on property assessments.

• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
• Cultivate strong relationships with team members and clients.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members.
• Identify and resolve issues with projects.
