Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager in Alpharetta, GA to lead the daily operations of a 288-unit garden-style property. You will manage the on-site team, drive occupancy and revenue, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

The role requires 4–6 years’ experience in property management, a bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, and OneSite. Competitive benefits and bonuses are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and lead the on-site team.
• Meet targeted revenues by setting rent rates and ensuring timely payments.
• Oversee leasing, inspections, notices, and move-in/move-out processes.
• Lead budget development, expense control, and financial reporting.
• Monitor property conditions for safety, cleanliness, and appeal.
