Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a defined apartment community in Acworth, GA. You will lead a team, manage budgets, collect rents, review invoices, and drive occupancy through strategic marketing and leasing actions.

You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with housing laws, and coordinate with owners to report performance and address issues. A 4–6 year background in property management and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets and analyze financial statements.
• Set rent rates and ensure timely collection; prepare monthly financial status reports.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communication between vendors, accounting, and owners.
• Control expenditures within approved budgets and oversee petty cash.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, inspections, and late fees.
• Analyze market trends and implement short- and long-range marketing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
