Responsibilities

• Handle leasing activities: greet prospects, verify applications, draw up leases, and renewals.
• Prepare and send notices, reports, and maintenance requests; manage inventories.
• Support Community Manager and assist with marketing, market studies, and off-site outreach.
• In the absence of the Community Manager, assume management responsibilities as needed.
