The role requires at least two years of residential management experience, strong financial acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years in residential management with supervisory responsibility.
• Yardi experience desired.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and budgeting for properties.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, evaluate, and coach on-site staff.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Oversee leasing and marketing of vacant units.
• Answer residents’ questions via phone and email.
• Guide leasing tasks from applications to lease paperwork.
• Collect rent and manage move-out accounting; prepare for collections.
• Inspect common areas, models, and vacant units; complete inspection reports.
• Ensure make-ready apartments are ready for new residents.
• Organize and participate in resident events.
• Process invoices promptly; obtain bids for services.
• Manage renovation program and vendor relationships.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
