Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned multifamily property in the United States. You will lead on-site staff, manage budgets, and drive occupancy and revenue goals while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies.

The role requires 4–6 years of property management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Strong communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an assigned property and lead the on-site team.
• Oversee budgeting, marketing, leasing, and revenue targets to meet occupancy goals.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, FCRA, and other laws governing multi-family housing.
• Supervise and train staff; handle owner communication and monthly reporting.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain safety and appearance standards.
