RangeWater Real Estate, LLC is seeking a Community Manager to lead the property’s leasing and operations, driving revenue and tenant satisfaction. You will supervise staff, coordinate marketing efforts, and ensure financial and regulatory compliance across daily activities.

You will oversee budgeting, vendor management, and property maintenance while delivering exceptional resident experiences and meeting performance targets. This role requires weekend availability and strong people skills.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multi-family property management preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evaluate the property management team to meet budget and operations goals.
• Drive revenue via marketing and leasing strategies for the property.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Monitor market trends and coordinate vendor/contractor activities.
• Oversee property safety, maintenance, and compliance with regulations.
