Job summary

RangeWater Residential, LLC seeks a Community Manager to lead the property team, achieve budgeted financial and operational goals, and ensure compliance with company policies and multifamily regulations. You will hire, train, and evaluate staff; drive leasing, revenue growth, and marketing strategies; supervise maintenance and safety; manage vendors; and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 1–3 years of supervision in multi-family housing,

Qualifications

• Advanced skills in communication, presentation and delivery.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years with leadership responsibilities.
• Multi-family property management experience: 1–3 years.
• Familiarity with property management software (Entrata/Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Employee champion and team management.
• Interview, hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Meet targeted revenue goals via leasing and marketing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Oversee safety, maintenance, and vendor management.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure service quality.
