Job summary

RangeWater Real Estate is seeking a Community Manager to lead a property team, meet revenue goals, and ensure efficient operations. You will oversee leasing, marketing, budgeting, and tenant relations to drive performance across a multi-family community.

The role requires strong leadership, communications, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi, with a focus on improving occupancy, service, and financial results. On-site role with standard hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Supervisor experience: 1–3 years leading and managing a team.
• Multi-Family property management experience.
• Proven ability to meet revenue goals through leasing and marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in property management software (Entrata and/or Yardi).
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate property team to achieve budgeted goals.
• Drive revenue through targeted leasing and marketing strategies.
• Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts and profitability.
• Monitor market trends and implement improvements.
• Enforce lease policies and manage tenant relations.
• Conduct property tours and client updates; manage contractors/vendors.
• Oversee safety, appearance and maintenance standards of the property.
• Resolve customer complaints and improve service levels.
