Job summary

RangeWater Residential seeks an on-site Community Manager to lead the property team, drive leasing and marketing strategies, and manage budgeted financial goals. The role ensures compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily management, strong communication, and proficiency with Entrata, Yardi, or OneSite.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in property management.
• Multifamily property management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site property team and coordinate daily operations.
• Meet targeted revenue goals through leasing and marketing strategies.
• Forecast and manage budgets, financial records, and reports.
• Oversee maintenance, safety, and property curb appeal; handle safety incidents.
• Conduct property tours and manage client/owner communications.
• Supervise contractors and vendor management; ensure compliance with policies.
• Address resident concerns and resolve complaints effectively.
