Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all site-level property operations and report to the Regional Manager. You will strive to meet occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction goals while leading a small on-site team.

This role requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily management, budget and P&L ownership, and a client-ready presence. Proficiency with Entrata or similar software, Google Apps, and MS Office is a plus.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation.
• Detail-oriented work ethic, experience managing a budget, and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditions.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Ability to use and quickly learn technology – Google Apps, Microsoft Office.
• Team Player – able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed

Responsabilidades

• Monitor KPIs on-site.
• Manage the property to the approved operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing initiatives to construction.
