Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations for a multi-family student housing community. You will manage performance against budget, drive occupancy, and oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations to deliver strong resident experiences.

Responsibilities include collecting rent, tracking KPIs, coordinating with staff, and reporting weekly and monthly results. The role requires a client-ready demeanor, budgeting, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial

Qualifications

• Client-ready demeanor and presentation.
• Budget management and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
• Experience with Entrata Software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site.
• Manage property to the approved operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Work collaboratively with other staff in a highly entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive environment that enhances the resident experience.
• Build and maintain relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projects.
