Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Regional Property Manager to lead a portfolio of student and multifamily communities, guiding on-site teams and coordinating with clients and investors. You will coach Community Managers, oversee budgets and KPIs, and drive asset value while delivering exceptional resident experiences.

This leadership role requires travel and a commitment to a high-energy, people-first culture.

Qualifications

6+ years of student housing or multifamily experience.
4+ years as a property manager.
Hands-on budgeting and P&L ownership.
Client-facing experience and professional presence.

Responsibilities

Drive financial performance: review P&Ls, balance sheets, budgets with clients and Community Managers; deliver monthly reporting; build annual business plans.
Guide budgeting: help Community Managers prepare and maintain budgets; manage delinquencies and evictions actions.
Own leasing results: track velocity, conversion, traffic and local market data; hold region accountable.
Keep leasing sharp: audit leases; ensure use of tools; approve campaigns and commissions.
Lead and develop Community Managers: weekly KPI reviews; quarterly reviews; hiring decisions.
Build client partnerships: regular KPI/financial reviews with clients; address questions; earn trust.
Champion the resident experience: resolve escalated resident/parent concerns; run annual survey.
Protect and grow asset value: oversee asset life-cycle; facilitate CapEx projects.
