Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee all aspects of property operation, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will drive occupancy, revenue, and resident retention while coordinating marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.

The role requires a client-ready demeanor, budget/P&L ownership, and the ability to lead projects in a fast-paced environment. We offer solid benefits and a collaborative culture focused on community impact.

Qualifications

• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation.
• Experience managing a budget and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under pressure.
• Experience with Entrata Software or familiarity with property management software is a plus.
• Ability to use Google Apps and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site and manage operating budget.
• Oversee lease-up, occupancy, revenue, and renewals.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive resident experience and build community relationships.
• Provide staff training and conduct performance evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing initiatives to construction.
