Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations and financial performance. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive occupancy, budget adherence, and resident satisfaction.

The role requires 3+ years in student housing or multifamily management, plus 2+ years as a manager. Experience with Entrata or similar software is a plus; strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 2+ years of property manager experience.
• Client-ready professional demeanor and presentation.
• Detail-oriented with budget and P&L ownership.
• Ability to manage projects and multitask under pressure.
• Entrata familiarity or related property software a plus.
• Proficiency with Google Apps and Microsoft Office.
• Team player capable of inspiring others.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site.
• Manage property within the approved operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Create a positive environment that enhances resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction.
