Job summary

Redstone Residential is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all aspects of property operations. You will report to the Regional Manager and drive occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction on a premier student and multifamily property.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in student housing or multifamily management, 3+ years as a property manager, and a client-ready demeanor. You will manage budgets, lead a team, and collaborate with campus resources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in student housing or multifamily property management.
• 3+ years of property manager experience.
• “Client-ready” professional demeanor and presentation; client interface experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KPIs on-site.
• Manage property within approved operating budget and oversee lease-up.
• Coordinate marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to reach occupancy, revenue, and retention goals.
• Collect rent and manage delinquency.
• Collaborate with staff in a high-energy environment.
• Create a positive resident experience.
• Build relationships with campus and community resources.
• Promote outstanding customer service through staff training and evaluations.
• Submit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.
• Manage projects from marketing initiatives to construction efforts.
