Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a Lease-Up community of 547 units, leading the onsite team and managing budgets to meet financial goals. You will ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws while driving occupancy and revenue growth.

The role requires 5+ years of community management experience, supervision of staff, and coordination with owners. A housing discount is included as a benefit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of community management experience required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage budget development and financial reporting for the property.
• Approve invoices, manage vendor communications, and ensure insurance validity.
• Oversee lease enforcement, applications, renewals, and notices.
• Analyze market trends and implement marketing/leasing strategies to meet occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction, supervise maintenance staff, and maintain property standards.
