The role requires strong leadership, client communication, and hands-on site management with a focus on service excellence and community standards across the property portfolio.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years supervising staff in property management.
• 1-3 years in multi-family property management preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evaluate team members; hire, orient, and train staff.
• Drive revenue through leasing and marketing strategies.
• Model budgets, forecast, and analyze profitability; manage invoicing.
