RangeWater is seeking a Community Manager to lead onsite teams at a multifamily property and drive leasing, revenue goals, and everyday operations to meet budgeted targets.

You will supervise staff, hire, train, and evaluate, while implementing effective marketing strategies and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. The role requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience in multifamily property management and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of supervisor experience in property management.
• Multi‑Family Property Management experience preferred.
• Proficiency with property management software (Entrata, Yardi, One Site).

• Lead and evaluate the team; hire, orient and train new staff.
• Meet revenue goals by marketing and leasing strategies.
• Budget modeling, forecasting, and profitability analysis.
• Prepare financial records, invoicing and reports.
• Oversee property operations and ensure policy compliance.
