Greystar seeks a seasoned property manager to lead daily operations at a managed community. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with housing laws while optimizing occupancy and revenue through effective leasing and customer service.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in property management, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Entrata/Yardi/OneSite. Onsite housing discounts and comprehensive benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4–6 years of property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and staff.
• Develop and monitor budgets; review monthly financial status reports.
• Enforce lease terms, conduct inspections, and manage renewals and evictions as needed.
• Improve occupancy and revenue through market analysis and leasing strategies.
• Address resident inquiries and service requests promptly; maintain high resident satisfaction.
