DevCo Residential Property Management in Everett, WA is seeking a Full-Time Community Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the community level. This role manages leasing, marketing, maintenance, and staff performance to achieve occupancy and budget goals.

The incumbent will ensure compliance with housing regulations, coordinate financial tasks, and foster resident satisfaction. Competitive benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in property management with supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing and LIHTC preferred.
• Experience with budgeting and financial statements.
• Proficient in MS Office and property management software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned community and staff.
