HNN Communities is seeking an Assistant Community Manager in Everett, WA to support daily property operations and the Community Manager. The role focuses on leasing, accounting tasks, resident relations, and compliance for tax credit housing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management.
• Tax credit housing experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Federal Fair Housing and local regulations.
• Familiar with Section 42 LIHTC program and compliance processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager in daily operations for the community.
• Handle rent collections, postings, and month-end tasks with accuracy.
• Maintain Yardi data: rents, leases, move-ins/outs, occupants.
• Support leasing, marketing, events, and resident relations.
• Ensure compliance with tax credit requirements and reporting.
