Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management seeks a dedicated Community Manager in Everett, WA to lead day-to-day operations of Mill Pointe. You will supervise staff, drive leasing and marketing, manage accounting tasks, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining compliance with tax credit programs.

The role emphasizes team leadership, budget oversight, and proactive community engagement, with a competitive benefits package and hourly pay range ($36.00-$40.00).

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including multi-family leasing and supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of Federal Fair Housing and LIHTC regulatory processes preferred.
• Experience with budgeting, financial statements, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the community team; provide regular performance feedback and reviews.
• Oversee leasing, marketing, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Manage accounting tasks: rent/fee collection, invoices, month-end close.
• Monitor budgets, reporting, and compliance with tax credit requirements.
• Coordinate maintenance, preventive upkeep, and capital projects.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of resident inquiries.
