Job summary

DevCo Residential Property Management in Auburn, WA is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Professional to join our team. You will oversee daily leasing, marketing, and resident relations, while leading a small team and ensuring compliance with housing regulations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in property management, strong communication skills, and experience with budgeting and rent collections. Monday–Friday schedule applies with competitive pay and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in property management, including sales/multi-family leasing and supervisory responsibility.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field is preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Federal Fair Housing and other applicable regulations.
• Experience with LIHTC program and related compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and drive leasing and marketing goals.
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management of onsite staff.
• Manage rent collection, budgeting, and financial reporting with timely submittals.
• Maintain resident relations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
